INITIAL ZOOM MEETING

Initial Kickoff Zoom Meeting – We learn about your restaurant concept, your physical space and what your DNA is that makes you special. We have a 10 point interview process that gives a full 360 view of your brand and your local market.

CONCEPTING
​

Our team presents our preliminary concepts at our Design Prelim Zoom Meeting. We will present a floor plan which includes the basic kitchen and dining room layout together with perspective renderings. We review what works and what needs further development and complete an action list.

FINAL DESIGN

Our team presents our final design concept at this Final Design Zoom Meeting. We will present the final floor plan and virtual walkthrough of your concept so you can clearly see your new concept. The plans and renderings are quite often used for investor or landlord presentations.
04
EXECUTE
​
Our team completes a design development package which includes final floor plans, elevations, ceiling and lighting plans and color, material and furniture specifications. This package can be turned over to a local architect or engineer to complete final drawings for local public agency approval and contractor bidding and construction.
